Biofeedback Therapy
In my practice as a clinical psychologist and biofeedback therapist, I have undoubtedly experienced how much biofeedback proves to help clients cope with a wide range of mental and physical problems. Whether it is about understanding your own disorder, coping with stress, relieving symptoms or learning new positive coping strategies, biofeedback can be a successful tool to treat your symptoms.
Biofeedback makes physiological functions visible by giving you a feedback using computer as an instrument. You will receive information about your own bodily functions that you can learn to control.
Biofeedback Therapy has the following goals:

- Increasing self-efficacy through the successful application of coping strategies and feedback about our own possibilities of control
- Making the interactions between mental and physical processes visible
- Improving of relaxation skills
